Processing Times

Because every order at The Secret Shell is crafted with care, please allow time for us to prepare your order before it ships:

• Ready-to-ship jewellery: 1–3 business days
• Pearl reveal orders & items sourced from our supplier: Up to 3 weeks (we film your personal reveal video before shipping!)
• Drilled & mounted jewellery: 5–10 business days, depending on the complexity of the piece

We'll always keep you updated and will notify you if there are any unexpected delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• 🇬🇧 UK: £3.99 — estimated delivery 2–4 business days after dispatch
• 🌍 International: £9.99 — estimated delivery 7–21 business days after dispatch (varies by destination)
